I always wished I’d love photography. It wasn’t a passion-until now. In June, I put together a year end slide show for the grade 7 class that I taught. While I’ve never used anything but a point and shoot (if that’s what the little cameras are called) I actually had some great photos. What frustrated me was the lost potential in so many of the photos. I’m pretty confident that an SLR camera will offer some support to a novice like me. Digital scrapbooks and slideshows have always been fun for me but real inspiration has come from this blog. And to top it off, my latest inspiration came from this video that I found through a sequence of links (Vancouver Island, Finding the True, Brene Brown, Hopeful Word Publishing)
